involved in the consultation and preparation of submissions for the Opihi
River Regional Plan, and provided consultancy services on water management
issues for the Timaru District Council and for Opuha Water Limited. We
have prepared submissions on behalf of clients in respect to the Environment
Canterbury Proposed Natural Resources Regional Plan (PNRRP)

We have been
involved in numerous submissions in respect of resource consent
applications, most of which have been resolved through negotiation and
mitigation. Some consent applications inevitably cannot be resolved
through consultation and progress to the Environment Court for resolution.
